The updated Bulldog Carbon Drag system is back and ready to stop the biggest trophy freshwater and inshore saltwater fish you can find with 25 pounds of lunker-stopping power. Equipped with 13 Fishing's H.A.M. hardened brass main gear and cut with Japanese Hamai precision, it is certainly a reel to be reckoned with. The ultra-low, super "palmable" design now features 25% more line capacity without increasing the overall size of the reel. The unrelenting strength and durability of the Concept A2 can be seen through new design features like its Railed Clutch Cam, Gen II Line Guide, and Water Channeling Design intelligence. It is also packed with unique and patented proprietary 13 Fishing features, like Arrowhead Line Guide, Beetle Wing Rapid Access Side Plate, and KeepR Integrated Hook Keeper. A new low-friction braking system provides anglers with smaller, more relevant adjustments for all lure weights.
